We are a precision engineering business in Newcastle, NSW, supplying Perth and Western Australian companies with machining, tooling and finishing. Since 1984 our work has included parts for mining, transport, defence and manufacturing, including parts for RAAF fast jets and China Rail projects.
Large parts and long runs
WA operations often need big components. Our CNC lathes and machining centres take work up to 1000 mm in diameter and 4 metres long, and the same shop handles small, high-volume parts. See CNC machining.
Tooling and wear items
- New shear blades in special alloy steels, and reconditioning of worn blades so they go back into service
- Press tools designed and built for production, plus refurbishment of existing tools
- Special purpose tooling and machinery made to your specification
- Rail and machining gauges, including custom designs
Because grinding up to 1800 mm, heat treatment, hard chrome and other coatings, and wire cutting are all arranged from Newcastle, a part leaves us finished rather than needing a second supplier in Perth.
